Eugène Terre'Blanche's memory is still alive and well for one South African who was spotted showing his loyalty. The man spotted in Vryheid answered a few questions about his apparent support for the Afrikaner Weerstandsbeweging (AWB).

The video of the man who remains a staunch supporter of Eugène Terre'Blanche after his death fascinated many. Hundreds of people commented on the video of the unlikely AWB supporter.

In a TikTok video by @newsnexussa, a cameraman approached a man who was shopping in the supermarket while dressed in khakis and AWB badges. Initially, the person recording tried to speak to the shopper in isiZulu, saying, "I see Eugene is still alive in Vryheid," but the man responded in Afrikaans. When asked if Eugène Terre'Blanche was his boss, the man said yes, he was. The follow-up question was whether he missed Eugène, and he also replied saying, "baie (a lot)."

SA stunned by Eugène Terre'Blanche supporter

Many people were amazed to see the man who insisted that he missed Eugène Terre'Blanche. The founder of AWB was notorious for sharing white supremacist ideology. AWB was also regarded as a white supremacist organisation. Some people could not help but make jokes about the man who was upholding Eugène's Afrikaner nationalist legacy.
