A Gauteng family is pleading for help after 23-year-old Precious Mor Mthembu went missing around August 2026. Missing Persons South Africa shared the appeal on Facebook on 27 September 2026, urging anyone with information to come forward.
Precious, who goes by the name Mor, was living in Orange Farm Extension 2 with her grandmother, Tholiwe Gladys Mhlanga, along with her daughter and siblings before she disappeared. According to Missing Persons South Africa, reports suggest she may have travelled to Johannesburg with friends, who allegedly left her there. Her current whereabouts remain unknown.
Two young children left without answers
What makes the family's search all the more urgent is that Precious is a mother. Her two children, Phiwo and Aza, are waiting for news about where she is. Her grandmother is also among those deeply worried about her safety.
