Apostle John Paul Muriithi has broken down as his late mum's remains were exhumed from her native Laikipia county to be buried at his farm in Machakos county.

Why did John Paul exhume his mum?
John Paul, accompanied by musician Karangu Muraya and their other friends, travelled to Nyahururu, where his relatives reside.
According to a post shared on Facebook by Paxon TV, the apostle was ordered to exhume the body of the late Lucy Wanja by his uncle because of a family feud.

" May God give Apostle John Paul Muriithi peace during this time," said Paxon.
"Saddest day for Apostle John Paul as he exhumes the body of his mother to go bury her somewhere else," said Chuma Moto Media
Indeed, it was the saddest day as the man of God, who has battled colon cancer aided by Kenyans, cried his heart out from the time the process started to the end.

John Paul to bury mum in Machakos
"I came here to get my mum's body after orders from her brothers. I will now organise another burial," said the apostle.
"We will be taking the body to Kenyatta University Referral Mortuary. From there, we will plan a new burial date and finally bury her at my land in Machakos County," he added.
Mbongeni Ngema’s family Ngema'srtedly exhume his body for reburial
Meanwhile, Briefly News shared that the late South African playwright Mbongeni Ngema's family Ngema'sly has plans to exhume his body. Mbongeni Ngema was buried in Chesterville Heroes' Acre in Heroes'll Cemetery, Durban, which was decided for by his wife.
As per his wishes, his family looks to bury him in his hometown, eMfana and have the backing of his song Mhla Ngifayo.
