What did the security expert say?
Security strategist and retired Interpol ambassador, Andy Mashaile, said that it is a given that people will run to collect money from the scene. He said that this is a key tactic used by criminals to throw money for people to collect.
Mashaile said that this would make it harder for the police to collect the evidence on the scene and to arrest the criminals. He said that people must be warned that this is a criminal offence. Mashaile said that the public must know that when collecting money at the scene, they are interfering with and contaminating the crime scene.
