Jay Z hosted his annual Roc Nation Brunch, his company's annual prelude to the Grammys.

Beyoncé made a fashionably late entrance, with social media making it clear they were in it for Queen B.

But Diddy tool a moment to relish the success of black entertainers, making a toast to the excellence on display:

"It's 2020 ya'll and it's different when it was 2016, the game has been elevated. As we can tell, no expense has been spared, we are at a black billionaire's lunch and we are here together. We're going to keep staying together and getting tighter, you know what I'm saying? United we stand and there ain't nothing else. To Us!"

Megan Thee Stallion made her first appearance at the brunch and seized the opportunity to take snaps with the likes of Rihanna.

Beyoncé spent some time among her former bandmates Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams before posing alongside her husband for a few snaps.

Briefly.co.za reported that her recent Addidas x Ivy Park collaboration sold out within hours, a smashing success despite upset over the lack of plus sizes.

The Carters eventually left the event, with their exit as grand as their entrance after savouring a day with their fellow musicians and entrepreneurs.

The event seemed to be a hit with everyone who was lucky enough to have secured an invite, with not a hint of anyone making negative waves.
