5 Nasty C facts in celebration of his 23rd birthday #PrideOnPride

Nasty C turns a whole 23 years old today! The undeniable impact he has made on the Mzansi hip-hop scene is something truly spectacular for his age.

After winning endless awards, breaking records and topping charts, Nasty C has become one of the biggest and littest artists in Mzansi.

Briefly.co.za learnt that Nsikayesizwe David Junior Ngcobo, aka Nasty C, celebrates his 23rd birthday today.

Having achieved all that he has at his ripe age, Nasty C has a lot to be proud of. In celebration of his birthday we give you five cool facts about Mzansi’s ‘Zulu Man With Some Power’:

1. The origins of his stage name – Nasty C

As a young boy, Junior Ngcobo’s nickname was ‘Nasty Cat’ because of the profanities he spewed in his raps, even at a young age. Adapting his childhood nickname, he came up with Nasty C.

2. He’s one of then

Nasty C comes from a big family and is the seventh born out of ten children. He is close with all his siblings and one of them is even a producer.

3. Been a baller since day one

Nasty C blew his first big paychecque on a Rolex watch.

4. Artsy fartsy

Music isn’t the only form of art Nasty C’s into. The young rapper spends his spare time moulding things from clay and really enjoys it.

5. Baby Nasty C

Nasty C was an adorable baby who was born and bred in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. Baby Nasty C had major swag too, just look at that face!
