Speaking to the publication, Lebogang said the equipment was robbed during a shoot with people referred by Enny in Pretoria. The photographer said Enny asked him to shoot a group of unknown musicians whom Enny Da Guitar Man claimed to have worked with before.
Lebogang Lebero claims that during the meeting, the group allegedly turned on him and robbed him of his equipment. He said he managed to escape from the robbers.
“Enny Man Da Guitar took the equipment and then posted it on social media. He is a criminal, and I will not rest until I get my equipment back,” Lebero said.
Lebero told Sunday World that the Bacardi musician initially agreed to help him replace the equipment, but has not paid any money.
“I was patient with him. We came to an agreement that I, the artist, will contribute 50/50. But because he now claims not to know anything, I am left with a bill. I don’t know where his people stay, and he has not been able to assist. I am ready to give up everything, even life. And I am tired, my mom depends on me, and I am a breadwinner. He was involved in the robbery, and I stand on my word,” Lebero said.
