South African poet Ntsiki Mazwai set the timeline ablaze after showing off a luxury sports car worth millions of Rands. This comes weeks after the outspoken activist appealed for donations to cover her legal expenses.

Ntsiki Mazwai has a reputation for keeping a low profile, and despite her successes in the South African arts industry, she has maintained a modest lifestyle. In fact, DJ Euphonik applied for her sequestration after the sheriff discovered that her assets were worth a meagre R1,500.

Now, Ntsiki Mazwai has set tongues wagging after sharing a video of herself in a Porsche worth millions of Rands, weeks after asking for donations.

Ntsiki Mazwai flexes sleek Porsche worth millions

On Tuesday, 26 August 2025, Mazwai reshared an Instagram video of herself in a Porsche 718 Boxster facelift. She accompanied the video with the classic track Wozobona by the late Pro Kid. The video was captioned:

“DEDELUMAMIYA……time to settle the score.”

In the video, Mazwai was sitting in the driver’s seat of the Porsche 718 Boxster convertible with red sports seats with integrated headrests. According to the Porsche Finder website, a 2025 GTS 4.0 can be around R 2,351,350, while Autotrader lists the cheapest second-hand 2016 Porsche 718 Boxster at R869,950.

When social media user @delicableEdible asked if the vehicle wouldn’t be attached to pay her legal fees, Ntsiki Mazwai claimed that the sleek Porsche 718 Boxster wasn’t hers but belonged to her sister-in-law. She responded:

“He can’t attach my sister in laws car. She is married to my brother and not my blood 😂😂🫶🏿”

Ntsiki Mazwai claps back after being called poor

In more Ntsiki Mazwai news, Briefly News reported that the poet clapped back at social media users who had trolled her for being broke.

This was after she dominated social media trending charts when DJ Euphonik sued her for the defamatory statements she made about him years back. Several netizens flooded the comment section with their reactions after Mazwai responded to claims that she was poor.
