He shared that before he relocated, people had tried to talk him out of it, but he got tired of complaining about service delivery and decided to leave.

“I'm living in Australia, in the most affluent part of Australia. Before the move, people are advising us, ‘You should stay here, it's safe, it's affordable,’ but I'm like, ‘When I wake up to go have breakfast down the road, what are the chances of me meeting somebody who's instrumental to propel me to my next bigger deal? What quality of conversations am I having in this district? What are you guys complaining about? I don't want to go to a place where the service delivery issues. I'm not here. I don't sign up to that. No, but that's the psychology. When you have conversations, people who migrate, we look for safety. Yeah. And I'm safe,” Tbo Touch said.

The 44-year-old radio personality described the decision as a leap of faith, saying his life is always about him beating the odds stacked against him. He reflected on his humble beginnings as a black man from Sharpville and how those realities could’ve limited his success, but they only motivated him.

“My life, all of me. I am a bundle. If I was to write a formula, give a sum of who is Tbo Touch in the form of a sum. I am adding all variables that are difficult to create harmony or to exist. The configuration is close to impossible. But because of who I inherently am, I gotta understand that I'm from Sharpville. I'm black. I am male. Everything about me works against me to afford me an address on Wall Street. Everything about me works against me to have the hangar with Touch Airways parked in there. So since we are already coming from that, we have nothing to do, nothing to lose. We have nothing to lose. Let's go all in. So, we are operating in the all-in, and I'm fine to fail at the all-in because, bro, my failure is still somebody's ultimate success. I have positioned it to be that way,” Tbo Touch explained.
