Bathong, Mzansi has no chill whatsoever! The South African media personality and reality TV star Khanyi Mbau found herself making headlines on social media regarding her new face once again.

On Wednesday, 3 September 2025, an online user @Oriana_RSA decided to spark controversy and remind other netizens on social media that it has been over a year since the reality TV star bought herself a new face in August 2024.

However, this had many netizens joking about it being an anniversary of Mbau being a new person since her face is no longer the way it used to be.
