Who is Prince Kaybee?

Prince Kaybee, whose real name is Kabelo Motsamai, was born on 15 June 1986. Shortly after he dropped out of school in Grade 11, Kaybee relocated to Bloemfontein and secured a club DJ gig. Kaybee rose to prominence after competing in the second season of the SABC1 reality competition 1's and 2's, which he won in 2015. The following year, he received his first nomination for Listener's Choice at the 6th ceremony of MTV Africa Music Awards.

His dad, now deceased, had a total of 36 children, with Prince being the youngest of all his children and the only child born to her mother. At some point, Kaybee admitted to not knowing all of his siblings by name. This situation was a result of family politics that hindered his efforts to get to know more about his siblings and even meet them personally.
