South African Amapiano powerhouse Kabza De Small recently made headlines on social media regarding him missing gigs.
According to TshisaLIVE, the star, who shared how he and DJ Maphorisa met, cancelled his performance at The Social Club in Hatfield, Pretoria, which was scheduled for Wednesday, 10 September 2025.
This move stunned many netizens as they expected him to be bagging many performances, especially after they pulled off a very successful Scorpion Kings With Friends concert on Friday, 29 August 2025, at the Loftus Stadium.
The star and his team shared a media statement about him cancelling his performance after their big night. In the release, it was also stated that the music producer had to miss his gigs due to illness and fatigue.
"To dear fans, it is with great regret that I must inform you I'm unable to perform tonight at The Social Club, Hatfield, due to an unexpected illness. I'm deeply sorry for the inconvenience this may cause to the event organisers, sponsors, and, most importantly, to you, my supporters.
"I appreciate your understanding during this difficult time. I'm committed to rescheduling or working closely with the promoters to find a suitable alternative once I've made a full recovery. I'm looking forward to being back on stage and sharing that moment with all of you soon. With love and gratitude," the statement reads.
