South African popular Amapiano vocalist Young Stunna recently marked another year around the sun.

On Monday, 17 November 2025, the Adiwele hitmaker, who previously announced that he would be taking a break from the music space due to his health, excitedly announced that he was celebrating his birthday.

The star posted several pictures of himself on the special day and also paired them with a sweet message to himself on his Instagram page.

"Msimango, I have a lot to say to you, but I’ll try to keep it short. Ngibonga ukubakhona kwakho emhlabeni ngoba ngabe namuhla angimazi u’Young Stunna. Thank you for always believing in yourself, in us. Thank you for not killing our dream. Stood on business not for you but for the whole bloodline, forever proud of you, to more life, more blessings, more Mbundelas. Happy Birthday, Boy. ❤️🎂🥂 - Mashaya," he wrote.

Who is Young Stunna?

The Amapiano star was born on 17th November 1997 in Daveyton, Ekurhuleni, Gauteng, South Africa. He is 25 years old. He grew up in a Christian family and often sang in the church choir. His mother is a vocalist, while his father was an avid fan of Kwaito.

Sandile Msimango was initially a hip-hop musician from 2012 before switching to Amapiano, which is now taking over the South African music industry. In 2015, he was part of a music group known as the Mighty Kings.
