The petition, started on the popular platform Change.org, frames a potential stadium show as more than a concert — describing it as a celebration of South African musical heritage. The fan behind it credits Emtee's music, going back to his breakout hit Roll Up, as a source of personal inspiration, and believes the rapper's journey deserves to be marked with one of the country's biggest stages.

The petition also acknowledges the practical side of pulling off such a large-scale event, flagging the need for venues, sponsors, security, and funding — signalling that the push is meant to be taken seriously.
