After ten years playing detective Mpho on Generations: The Legacy, Nathaniel Junior Oliphant has officially closed that chapter — and Mzansi is not ready.
On 20 September 2026, the actor, producer, DJ and MC took to X (formerly Twitter) to break the news, sharing a throwback image that appeared to be from his early days on the SABC1 soapie. "After 10 solid years, this chapter closes, but a new one begins," he wrote. "Can't wait to see what lies ahead, but it's going to be good, that's for sure."
From orphan cameo to fan favourite
