Popular South African actor Otto Nobela, who is known for his roles in Queen Sono and The Brave Ones, has returned to Scandal!
Nobela stars alongside legendary actress Camilla Waldman, who plays the role of Tiro's lawyer, Nina Bishop.
The eTV soapie also recently made headlines when actor Charles Phasha joined the soapie as Tlhogi's creepy relative, Uncle Lebole.
The actor shared in an interview with Daily Sun on Friday, 14 November 2025, that it feels amazing to be back on the soapie.
"Scandal! has always been a special home for me, the energy, the people, and the passion behind the stories," says Nobela.
The actor adds that he's grateful to the production and the viewers for allowing his character to return.
Nobela shares that Pablo has changed since the last time fans saw him on the show, as he's more calculated and more controlled.
"There's new maturity to him," says the star.
The popular character recently trended on X when Pablo spilled the tea about Mdala's robbery on 3 November 2025.
According to media reports, the long-running soapie Scandal! on eTV will not be renewed for another season. The current season is set to end in June 2026, marking the conclusion of its 20-year run on TV.
