Man Moved to Tears As Family Goes Years Without Meat

A YouTuber named Jeremy Damaris broke down in tears when a family revealed they hadn't eaten meat and bread (locally called chapati) for years.

Jeremy was in Mbitini, Machakos County, building a house for a family of eight children who shared a single room with their parents.

As he built the family a house, Jeremy discovered that the kids hadn't eaten meat for years and only survived on meals like githeri, a mixture of maize and beans.

After learning about the meat issue, Jeremy bought some and helped prepare the meal until 10pm.

The children complained that not eating meat for years was just the tip of the iceberg; they also hadn't had chapati (homemade bread) for many years and struggled with school fees.

When Jeremy learned of the situation, he got some flour and helped the family cook chapatis for the children. The family delighted in the chapatis served with chicken.

"God, I know You live. May this family not suffer even for a single day. It is so heartbreaking.
"My kids are young and many do not understand why I do this, go away for weeks then retun to spend time with them," said Jeremy before breaking down.

The clip is going viral as people praise Jeremy's selflessness and pure spirit.
