"It was about taking the people we love on a journey with us and showing how African stories can belong anywhere in the world."
It all started in Monaco
On 9 May, 2025, Mr Eazi's late mother's 61st birthday, the couple said their official 'I dos' in the European country's Mairie de Monaco's town hall, with only two witnesses present.
Temi, who shared pictures on her Instagram account, shone in a tailored Wederhoeft suit. Meanwhile, Mr Eazi wore a custom Louis Vuitton suit.

Two months later, on 5 July, 2025, Mr Eazi and Temi hosted their traditional Yoruba wedding at Temi's family's villa on Dubai Hills' opulent Boulevard of Dreams. The couple chose the venue after the bride joked with her father that it was big enough to host their traditional wedding.
After Mr Otedola bought the home, he added a second villa on the same street, which served as the afterparty venue led by musicians Diplo and DJ Edu.

While the guest list was small, with 80 people in attendance, the names were massive, as they included Africa's wealthiest, such as software engineer Shola Akinlade and the richest man on the continent, Aliko Dangote.
The couple didn't slow down in the fashion department, oh, no. Temi donned five outfits, including one from famous designer Zac Posen, while Mr Eazi wore bespoke Yoruba attire styled by Jason Rembert.

Days before the wedding, a violent windstorm tore apart their glass marquee. They didn't let Mother Nature stop their nuptials as they chartered a cargo plane to import replacement materials and hired more construction workers to get the job done. It only took two days to get back to their dream venue.
The likes of French pianist Sofiane Pamart and multi-award-winning musician John Legend, a surprise gift from Mr Eazi, serenaded the guests, too.
The night ended at the Edition Hotel, with the married couple opening Club TT (Tosin & Temi), while the weekend concluded with a farewell party at Hamsvik Hot Springs. Guests were treated to nature's spectacular display of Aurora Borealis.
