Woman shot and killed

The victim was identified as Nomusa Ntshele. According to police, officers from Msinga pursued the suspects, who abandoned their vehicle and fled into nearby bushland. Sibiya was later discovered hiding in a cave, in possession of the stolen jacket, two-way radio, and an undisclosed amount of cash taken during the robbery.

Police stated that suspect profiling indicated Sibiya was a taxi driver and a suspected hitman from the Msinga area. Evidence recovered from the suspects’ vehicle implicated Nduduzo Shezi. A search located him in a Gauteng prison, where he had been previously arrested by taxi violence unit detectives for an unrelated murder. He was charged in connection with the Msinga murder and robbery cases.
