"Thank you. I remember getting a call from Big Zulu saying, 'There is a child here for you in studio. Please come and see her.' They were in a studio camp in Bergville. I drove down and he introduced me to a young lady, saying, 'This is her, my homie. Her name is Lwah," he revealed.

Sjava said the song came about on their very first encounter, shedding light on the chemistry they shared.

"This song was recorded the first time I met Lwah. After she told me her story of how she left home to go and try to make a living in Johannesburg. She wanted to hustle for a better life through music. The production was done by Celza Inja KaGogo @celzainjakagogo. The backings were done by Siya Ntuli. I will forever be grateful to them for reaching out to me to contribute to Lwah Ndkunkulus' journey. This verse ended up becoming a voice for a lot of people who left home to try and make a living. Thank you, Lwah."
