What adds to the humour of her video are her homemade cement barbells, typically found in rural areas like the one where Nkosazana is seen in the clip.

She took it a step further by wearing a phinifa/ ankara dress with slippers, which is not typically worn during a workout, but ties her caption:

"Preparing to protect my future husband from slay queens that want his money."

Speaking to fitness expert and certified personal trainer, Mothusi Maepa, he told Briefly News that Nkosazana's first routine is called a barbell row, which is a back workout, while the last one, for your shoulders, is called a military press.

The video carries the stereotype of stay-at-home village wives marrying husbands who work in the city.

These men are exposed to other gorgeous ladies who typically wear heavy makeup, expensive clothing, and whose lifestyles are usually funded by rich men. These women are referred to as "slay queens."
