Haibo, DJ Sbu surprised many netizens on social media with his recent stunt. The South African veteran broadcaster and founder of MoFaya celebrated the EFF's special day.

On Saturday, 26 July 2025, the star who revoked his resignation and went back to Radio 2000 left many stunned as he celebrated the 12th anniversary of Julius Malema's political party, EFF.

DJ Sbu posted a picture of Malema and paired it with a celebratory message on X (formerly Twitter). Netizens didn't understand why the star celebrated the political party's milestone while he insulted them back when it was launched in 2013.

DJ Sbu involved in varied ventures

Outside of entertainment, DJ Sbu is also a businessman with his energy drink Mofaya. The renowned media personality also hosts his podcast on YouTube, where he interviews various celebrities and guests to inspire people to work harder and hustle.

DJ has had his fair share of controversial moments. The DJ was criticised after he gave a street hawker attitude because he didn't stock his Mofaya cans. DJ Sbu later apologised after receiving backlash for this treatment of the man.
