Big Brother Mzansi Season 5 runner-up Uyanda might have missed out on the R2 million grand prize, but he managed to walk away with something money can't buy: the undying love of his fans.

Affectionately known as the Honey Badgers, Uyanda's fans have continued to support and spoil him months after Big Brother Mzansi ended. Earlier this year, influencer Mandisi Tshingana launched a multimillion-rand fundraising campaign for Uyanda, and the Honey Badgers donated hundreds of thousands in an hour. Now, the Honey Badgers have done it again, this time with a special gifting ceremony for the reality TV star.

Taking to his Instagram account on Monday, 11 August 2025, Uyanda thanked his fans for making the gifting ceremony memorable. He expressed gratitude to them for their generosity. The post was captioned:
