Social media was recently introduced to Scandal! star Makoma "Komie" Mohale's real-life sister, Dineo.

The South African actress and content creator, famous for her role as Tlhogi on the show, was seen in a picture posing beside her sister at an event, and their striking beauty and resemblance were undeniable.

While attending the SA Style Awards on 25 May 2025, Komie kept it cool and classy in a floor-length beige dress, and her younger sister dazzled in a black number with sequins and a gorgeous flower pattern at the bottom.

Not only did they turn heads that night, but Makoma was also awarded the Next Best Thing award.

Coming from the screening of her new film, Nomvula, on 1 September 2025, where she stars as the lead, Komie is without a doubt basking in the spotlight and enjoying the fruits of her labour.

She has become one of the most recognisable faces on South African television since her appearance on Scandal! and lead role on Queen Modjadji, and fans were in awe of her and her sibling's beauty at the event.

Who is Makoma Mohale?

Makoma Mohale is a 28-year-old actress from Pretoria, South Africa.

Affectionately known as Komie, the actress is famous for her role as Tlhogi in eTV's Scandal! as well as her lead role on Queen Modjadji as Maselekwane.

On top of being an actress, Mohale proves that she is a woman who wears many hats. She is also a professional model, a performing artist and a trained director.

Makoma has also established herself as a content creator and uses her Instagram page of over 146k followers to document moments of her life. Whether she is attending events, unboxing brand goodies, or showing glimpses of her everyday life.
