In a TikTok video that has racked up over 35,000 likes since dropping, the 42-year-old superstar opens up about her blueprint for battling criticism head-on. Captioned “How do you deal with criticism?” the clip sees Zinhle getting real about the mental grind of public scrutiny.

Seemah, Zinhle’s former bestie turned online foe, poured fuel on the fire by calling Bongz an “inja” (dog) in a now-viral rant. Zinhle hit back emotionally in a follow-up clip, admitting, “Nothing hit me harder” than the betrayal from someone she once trusted.
