The public fallout between content creator Dominic Zaca and her ex-partner Anathi Mvambi has taken a fresh turn after an outspoken social media figure accused Zaca of attempting to use her as a back-channel source to push further leaks about him.
In a post that circulated widely, the unnamed influencer shared that Zaca had reached out to her directly, saying:
"Btw, Dominic called me to ask me to leak the Anathi Mvambi issue. I was very surprised as to why she was calling me to do it. I found it very shady also. Cause why would she ask me to leak something that has nothing to do with me? That's not even my niche. I'm just outspoken on my page on things that pertain to me. Very shady."
How the drama started
According to Musa Khawula, the saga began when Zaca posted emotional TikTok videos that went viral, in which she accused Mvambi of physical abuse, financial manipulation, and deception. She alleged she spent money on luxury items, cologne, clothing, and Airbnb stays for him, only to discover he was allegedly entertaining other women, whom he reportedly passed off as cousins. She also claimed he physically grabbed her and tore her clothing to prevent her from attending a sponsored event.

Mvambi pushed back through a leaked voice note, denying the allegations entirely. He said:
"Things are bad. I'm here to advise people not to believe everything that they hear on social media. Gents, it's crazy how I became a bad person. I can't let things slide because I did not do anything wrong. This is why many young people end up taking their own lives, because they are accused of doing things they did not do."

Lasizwe weighs in
Popular YouTuber Lasizwe Dambuza added another layer when he addressed the situation on his show Drink or Tell the Truth, claiming Mvambi had also been pursuing him and requesting gifts while allegedly in a relationship with Zaca. Lasizwe said:
"So, talks me, talks me, talks me. Then we kick it off... Then started sending me pictures of shoes. He's like telling me, 'Oh, I want this shoe.' I just found out this person was dating that person during my time... Literally, there's a screenshot of them on quad bikes. So, proper fraud came out now.”
The latest revelation about Zaca allegedly soliciting a third-party creator to amplify leaks has drawn criticism on X and TikTok, with users questioning the tactic of coordinating independent voices to target an ex. Many have called on all parties to settle their disputes away from public platforms.
