Zari Hassan recently attended her husband Shakib Lutaaya's boxing tournament and couldn't contain her emotions watching him lose.

Lutaaya, a Ugandan entrepreneur and amateur boxer, competed against Rickman Manrick on 30 August 2025 at the packed MTN Arena in Lugogo.

Ahead of the match, one would think he predicted the outcome in one of his Instagram posts promoting it:

"Get ready for the Kampala Rumble—gonna be a knockout night!"

And a knockout night it was. The reality TV star and trader's night didn't go as planned when Rickman knocked him down in the second round of their match, and his wife's reaction has been trending on social media.

However, despite the unfortunate outcome, this did not stop Zari from cheering and encouraging Lutaaya.

Twitter (X) user PatroUganda shared a clip from Zari's heartfelt reaction, which has had social media buzzing since Shakib's unexpected loss.

On the other hand, others roasted Shakib Cham Lutaaya for having his wife watch him lose.

The incident is reminiscent of South African rapper Priddy Ugly's wife watching him lose in a match against fellow rapper Cassper Nyovest.
