What are the chances? Mihlali Ndamase has once again become the talk of the town on social media regarding her upcoming masterclass, Beauty and the Beat, which has stirred up major controversy.

On Saturday, 15 November 2025, the controversial blogger and gossipmonger Musa Khawula decided to post about Ndamase's upcoming make-up masterclass that is taking place in Johannesburg on Sunday, 23 November 2025.

Mzansi reacts to Mihlali's ticket prices

Shortly after the prices of Mihlali's masterclass tickets were shared on social media, leaving many in awe, some internet users decided to flood the comment section with their reactions. Here's what they had to say below:

@mmopa_n said:

"She will postpone again. With new, smarter influences who are more relatable on the block, it’s only wise that she discounts the price by 50%. Only Grace Mondlana can pull this pricing off."

@Waylonjunior wrote:

"R3500 per person? For just that, Ladies, your pockets are disrespectfully rich."

@lioneszT commented:

"Xmas is just around the corner, a few days away! Then January comes knocking at the door... At R3.5k, the make-up class it's even costlier. Save it for varsity registration."

@visse_ss responded:

"Hustling poor women so she can pay SARS."

@Belle_Bass replied:

"Go fund me...SARS don’t play!! Money will be made one way or another. So many tutorials online, and people STILL attend these things."

@chosenwani mentioned:

"She is struggling to accept that she is no longer that girl! 2018-19 Mihlali would've sold out, not this current one. I have a feeling she is going to invite friends and random people for free to make it look like people bought tickets because she can't cancel it 2nd time in a row."

@SlindileNgubo2 stated:

"If there is a masterclass one should pay money for, it's Layefa's. Masante something is also good, not Mihlali. I used to follow Mihlali back when she was an influencer for real, and she really is not good... She can do her face only."
