Recounting the ordeal, the student described feeling scared as the animal entered her room.

A video shared on the student's TikTok account, @_toggie, captured the baboon casually strolling through the room and rummaging through her belongings.
"You are an MMU student, and you open the window for fresh air," she captioned the video.
The footage also showed the baboon feasting on the students' snacks, adding to the chaos and distress the students were experiencing.
The incident sparked concerns among the community, with students expressing fear and unease over the presence of wild animals near their living quarters.
