Chef Jobe chats about Mohale's dish with Briefly News

Chef Jobe, a private culinarian for celebs like Lerato Kganyago and Thuli Phongolo to name a few, spoke to Briefly News about Mohale's attempt.

He said the plate is beautifully balanced, but he would take away the pasta salad:

"Whipping up a dish like this would take an hour and 20 minutes tops if you've done your prep on time.
"It's a perfect meal for simple occasions like a lunch or dinner, or even a Netflix date."
