Cardinal Otunga Girls' High School in Bungoma County was overjoyed after receiving another teacher.

The school welcomed the male teacher, as staff members and students participated.

"So nice," read the caption of the viral and heartwarming video that captured the lovely moment.

The new teacher was sandwiched between two female staff members, who gently held his hands as they walked with him.

They all smiled as they walked past a group of students screaming and shouting at the top of their lungs.

Who sang Nigeria's song Calm Down?

The students could not help but celebrate. Some lifted their hands, while others clapped, supporting the new staff member.

Upon approaching the principal, he was given a firm, warm handshake as other staff members circled them.

Nigeria's hit song Calm Down by Rema played in the background, and some students danced to the tune.

The handshake lasted a while as the camera panned around to capture the joy-filled atmosphere.
