Evans Kosgei, the man accused of killing his wife in Nyeri, has been found dead in Kiambu county.

Man allegedly disappeared after wife's death

Kosgei went missing on Sunday, 10 March after his wife, Jackline Kimaiyo, in Mathira East was found dead.

Before Jackline was brutally murdered, Kosgei had taken to social media to accuse her of cheating on him.

He accused Jackline of planning to dump him despite selling everything to pay her school fees at Murang'a University.

In a series of Tweets, Kosgei promised to join the late wife because life had lost meaning to him.

"We started dating way back in high school. She was in Anin Girls in Elgeyo Marakwet and I was in Kimoning Boys in Uasin Gishu county that was in 2016. She later joined Murang'a University and later graduated. In between, she gave birth to my little princess and I had to relocate from home completely so that I could take care of my kid and her to continue with studies without any problems," read his tweets in bit.

He continued:

"I used to work at night as a night guard during the day I take care of the kid as she goes to school. We agreed to be a husband and wife since we had a kid together. We lived a smooth life without problems until this year January when I got a certain job."

Evans Kosgei leaks chats

Kosgei found out his wife was planning to dump him for another man.

He also leaked their chats, in which the lady had apparently developed an interest in the man and was planning to move to his place so they could start living together.

He had found their chats on her phone.

Woman follows husband to house he built for baby mama, reportedly stabs him

Meanwhile, Briefly News reported that Evando Msele was allegedly stabbed to death by his wife when he was leaving the house he had built for his baby mama, who shares a child with him. According to his brother, Phillip Msele, Evando had not formally introduced the baby mama to them as a second wife, but he had built her a house.

Phillip shared that Evando was stabbed with a knife, and he died just inside the gate, as that is where they found his body.
