MacG, Sol Phenduka, and Ghost Lady have weighed in on the drama surrounding Music Pulse co-host Sfiso Ndlovu after he appeared visibly drunk during an episode of the show that premiered on Tuesday, 18 August 2026. Seemah comparison shut down

Some listeners drew parallels between Sfiso's situation and the exit of former host Seemah, who has spoken publicly about her drinking. Sol was quick to shut that down, saying the two situations could not be compared. Ghost Lady backed him up, pointing out that Sfiso being drunk on air was a first for him and that viewers actually enjoyed the episode.

"A lot of people enjoyed it. Probably himself, not so much. But the viewers loved it," she said.

Sol went further, clarifying that Seemah did not lose her position simply for drinking on shows. He added that getting drunk during recordings is not an unusual occurrence on the Podcast and Chill Network, listing several hosts who had done exactly that. He described the Dame Dash episode as his personal worst drunk-on-air moment.
