The European Union signed a deal with war-torn Ukraine on Monday to release a further 500 million euros ($497 million) in planned aid, this time to support housing, education and agriculture. "This EU grant funding will help ensure housing and education for internally displaced persons and returnees and support Ukraine's agriculture sector," spokesman Eric Mamer said.
