You can only register for up to five modules (60 credits) per semester or more than ten modules (120 credits) per academic year. Also, you cannot register for modules you have not passed the pre-requisites.
How long does UNISA take to audit qualifications?
Qualification audits are usually finalized as soon as possible after the exam results are released. Nonetheless, it can take up to 6 weeks before all records can be audited.

Students currently enrolled in the old B.Ed. degree qualifications (02593, 02607, and 02615) have until 2025 to finish the courses.
Is it compulsory to transfer to the new B.Ed. degree?
Students can remain in the old program or transfer to the new one. Each student registered under the old program will receive assistance in making an informed decision.
Do you lose any credits if you remain in the old B.Ed. program?
Students retain all credits obtained in the old program. However, students should transfer to the new program if they have less than 20 modules (240 credits) from the old program.
Students enrolled in the old PGCE qualifications had until 2022 to complete or meet any outstanding requirements, such as modules registered for Non-Degree Purposes (NDP).
